I have been doing business with Jason for about 5 years now and they have never ever disappoint us. I use to live at the plantation in Marco Island he did me and another 5 to 6 more clients after that and we all were amaze of his company business and his staff very professional. Angela is in contact with the client, every step of the way. Their installation team are total professionals, as well as neat and clean. The one issue that I had, was corrected the same day that I brought it to their attention. Factory Blinds truely offers the highest level of customer service. Hard to find these days…nice to have them on the Island.

Jason and Angela and their technicians did a fine job on my updated window treatments at my condo. They were very accommodating in removing my old window coverings before major carpentry work at the condo: replacement of all windows and doors with hurricane-proof models. Their prices are reasonable, and they ordered exactly what I wanted. Then they kindly stored the items till carpenters and painters were finished. The new window treatments are lovely and will be easy to keep clean.

We were fortunate to meet Jason and Angela when we were beginning our search for window treatments and a closet system renewal. Jason provided very detailed plans for the closet and window shades and provided guidance on materials and costs. The installs took place quickly and the results have been terrific. The shades in particular have made a big improvement to our view of the canal and we are happy we selected the motorized shades.
